Refund Policy

Items must be unused and re-sellable as new, including undamaged packaging, and with all Bone Idle garment tags still attached.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost delivery for returning the products to us unless the item is deemed wrong (size, color, fabric damage).
We refund up to the value of 15€ in postage costs for reasons a) the incorrect item was dispatched b) the item is deemed wrong.
The 15€ postage refund is providing when a valid postage receipt is presented.

Refund will be processed within 5 business days once we received the return and check the issue according a) or b) statements.

If the product appears to be a wrong size customer has a right to return it or exchange for a similar product. We accept returns within 14 days after delivery. Please, pay attention that return items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and paper tags must be in original condition. Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.
Note that returned products without tags intact, or received more than 14 days after the purchase date will not be accepted.
All orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service.
